How it works

3 in person planning meetings to create wedding day timeline, and to do list
4 weeks out
Collect all contracts, vendor contact info, timing & program details for review
Final site visit and wedding day walk through at reception venue
Connect with all vendors as new point of contact
Compile & communicate all vendor questions to client in one e-mail
Distribute final schedule & timeline to key vendors, family, & contacts
Create master check-list of items for ceremony & reception
Lead Planner on site to execute rehearsal with your officiant, or run the show if needed
Collect final vendor payments & gratuities for distribution on the day of
Lead Planner on site to direct your wedding day for up to 12 hours
Assistant planner on site for up to 8 hours
Check in with all vendors the morning of, manage their timeline throughout the day
Distribute payments & gratuities
Set up/place any décor or items, confirm space is clean & organized
Run the ceremony as needed

Lead Planner on site prior to guest arrival to complete final walk through
Oversee vendor arrival and setup

Our all-inclusive day of coordination package is $2,200, and gets you all of the above. Intrigued?
