Yay, you want to hire Day of Pittsburgh!

We’re available for your big day, and think we might be a great fit. Our 2020 package is $2,200, and here’s what it will get ya:

Kick-off meeting
This is our initial ‘icebreaker’ date to learn more about you + your fiance, nail down the vision + vibe for your day and help you research/book vendors you still need to hire. This happens at the one year mark, or as soon as the ink is dry on your contract, your choice!

Your wedding, on paper
Once you book, you’ll receive a custom planning folder from Day of Pgh via Google Drive. This will be home to your master planning spreadsheet, contracts, and all of your vendor contact information. We will update this together.

You’re never bothering me!
Our couples have unlimited e-mail with yours truly. Pick my wedding brain whenever you need!

Monthly planning dates
Starting 6 months from your date, we’ll have scheduled monthly planning meetings to make sure your plans are coming together on track, update your timeline, and manage our to-do list. These can be coffee meetings, FaceTime calls, and anything in between.

Vendor maintenance
We’ll keep all of your vendors up to date on any news and decisions we make. The week of your wedding, we’ll share your wedding day production timeline, and answer any questions they have. We copy you on every email sent on your behalf.

Rehearsal + ceremony direction
We’ll be on site to direct your rehearsal for one hour. We’ll also collect any tips or payments to distribute on your wedding day, and take any additional decorations, etc. off your hands. Before you know it, you’ll be enjoying your rehearsal dinner!

Day of coordination
It’s here! What we do today will be remembered for a lifetime, and we take that very seriously. Here’s the day of rundown:

  • Lead Planner on site to direct your wedding day for up to 12 hours

  • 1 assistant planner on site for up to 8 hours

Bridal party

  • Facilitate hair, makeup, and morning breakfast

  • Point person for any bridal party/emergency needs

Vendor direction + management

  • Check in with all vendors the morning of, manage their timeline throughout the day

  • Distribute payments & gratuities

Ceremony

  • Set up/place any décor or items, confirm space is clean & organized

  • Run the ceremony as needed

  • Get you married!

Reception

  • Lead Planner on site prior to guest arrival to complete final walk through

  • Oversee vendor arrival and setup

  • Set out place cards & favors, manage DIY projects, etc.

  • Keep flow of reception on time, handle any hiccups  

  • Work with band/DJ/MC to coordinate speeches, special dances, etc.

  • Orchestrate Grand Exit

  • Grab dinner & cake leftovers

  • Deliver gifts & cards to appropriate car or final destination

  • Oversee event breakdown in accordance with the venue

  • Final sweep to collect any left behind personal items

Style Consultation
